We are committed to the safeguarding, promotion of well being and the protection of all our clients as well as our staff. We continuously operate in a manner which is safe, legible and proportionate to government recommendations and legislative acts protecting all concerned.

We place safeguarding at the top of our agenda, and it’s something which is close to the heart of all our management team. That said, we want all our customers to feel safe, protected and in the hands of competent staff who are highly skilled, highly trained, and extensively experienced in the protection, upkeep and personal well being of all individuals directly or indirectly involved in our business operations.

In summary, as a standalone condition, all our staff are required to have an enhanced DBS check renewed every 3 years, with regular (3 monthly) supervision sessions. In addition, all our care staff are prescribed to register with and adhere to the Social Care Wales’ Professional Code of Practice; whereas our health and social care managers adhere to the Code of Professional Practice for Management, and those themselves, receive extensive support training in how to uphold and address safeguarding principles for both clients and staff alike. Staff receive annual safeguarding training and management are required to attend where practicable.

Reporting Concerns

You might feel concerned regarding yourself, a neighbour, relative or friend? Or even feel as though you need to report a concern in relation to our services that are provided by us, either directly or indirectly. The below form has been specifically designed around catering for your requirements in the sense of reporting any concern that you may have.

Any reports written using the form below are sent directly to our Director of Care who will action within a period of 24hours or sooner, if immediate danger is of great concern. Each received report is also cascaded to the appropriate Local Authorities and regulatory bodies if the Senior Management Team feel it, to be of great need or deemed that the situation harms one’s wellbeing and sense of security.

Please be aware that it can take us up to 24 hours to receive/view this report. That said, if the individual/yourself is in immediate danger and you feel a more immediate response is required please either contact your Local Authorities duty desk for Social Services, or, ring 999 immediately.

Reporting A Concern

As stated above, this form can be used either by you as a service user, a member of the community or if you are a professional, but it cannot be used as a referral form. Please utilise the contact us/contact email for all generic care referrals, this is purely an emergency route to ensure we can be responsive to any concerns that may arise.
