Safeguards

We are committed to the safeguarding, promotion of wellbeing and the protection of all our clients as well as our staff. We continuously operate in a manner which is safe, legible and proportionate to government recommendations and legislative acts protecting all concerned.

We place safeguarding at the top of our agenda, and it’s something which is close to the heart of all our management team. That said, we want all our customers to feel safe, protected and in the hands of competent staff who are highly skilled, highly trained, and extensively experienced in the protection, upkeep and personal wellbeing of all individuals directly or indirectly involved in our business operations.

In summary, as a standalone condition, all our staff are required to have an enhanced DBS check renewed every 3 years, with regular (3 monthly) supervision sessions. In addition, all our care staff are prescribed to register with and adhere to the Social Care Wales’ Professional Code of Practice; whereas our health and social care managers adhere to the Code of Professional Practice for Management, and those themselves, receive extensive support training in how to uphold and address safeguarding principles for both clients and staff alike. Staff receive annual safeguarding training and management are required to attend where practicable, standalone conferences and training events which further enhance their knowledge and understanding to pass down to our highly skilled staff.

If you are in receipt of our cleaning services, you too can benefit highly from our skilled and competent workforce who are trustworthy and skilled in the protection of individuals and their property. You can be sure that you are leaving your home, relatives, and possessions in safe hands.
